Collections are Birdie’s way of grouping and structuring insights so that you can navigate large volumes of feedback efficiently.

🔹 What are Collections?

  • A container for Areas and Opportunities.

  • Can represent products, squads, journeys, or themes.

  • Helps teams focus only on what’s relevant to them.

🔹 Key Features

  • Public vs. Private

    • Public: visible to the whole Organization.

    • Private: only visible to you.

  • Favorites: pin your go-to collections for quick access.

  • Hierarchy: Areas live inside Collections, and Opportunities live inside Areas.


🔹 Best Practices

  • Create Collections that reflect how your company is structured (by squad, by journey, by region).

  • Keep them focused and manageable — don’t overload a single Collection.

  • Use Favorites to reduce clicks for high-traffic Collections.
