Birdie supports both multi-company access and team-level segmentation so you can scale your Voice of Customer program across the organization.


🔹 Organizations

  • The highest hierarchy in Birdie.

  • Ensures complete data separation between companies or business units.

  • A user can be part of multiple Organizations with the same login.

Example: If your company has different brands or operates in multiple regions, each can be managed as a separate Organization.

🔹 Workspaces
  • A workspace sits inside an Organization.

  • It controls team-level access to Collections (sets of Areas & Opportunities).

  • Perfect for segmenting teams by product line, squad, or customer journey.

  • Available on the Enterprise plan.

👉 Example: Your Support Ops team can focus on “Support Workspace” while your Product team works in “App Experience Workspace,” without overlapping irrelevant data.

🔹 Best Practices
  • Use Organizations for strict separation (brands, BUs).

  • Use Workspaces for collaboration boundaries (teams, squads).

  • Review permissions regularly to ensure the right access.
