Closing the quarter with more precision

As we wrap up the second quarter, it’s time to look back and see how far our nest has evolved. From more integrated visualizations to smarter dashboards, Q2 was all about giving your analysis more focus, control, and collaboration.

Here’s a quick recap of what took off over the past few months:

• Unified View, bringing everything into a single exploration experience

• New Opportunity Lifecycle, with clearer, action-oriented statuses

• Custom Dashboards in open beta, with ongoing improvements in usability and performance

• Segment Collections and Workspace Permissions, for more organized and secure analysis

Now, as we prepare for Q3, we’re bringing a few targeted updates to help your team keep flying higher. Check out what’s new in June.

Bulk Selection in Filters

Filtering just got a lot faster — you can now select multiple items in bulk by pasting a list of IDs (e.g., separated by commas) directly into the filter input.

This enhancement makes it easier to:

• Save time: Skip manual search and selection by adding many values at once

• Handle complex use cases: Work with longer lists of entities like Opportunities, Segments, or Collections

• Stay efficient: Quickly refine your analysis with high-volume, high-precision filters

This improvement is already available across the main analysis views — give it a try where filtering matters most.

Evolving Dashboards – AI Prompt

The Custom Dashboards feature, still in beta, now includes a new AI Prompt widget that brings more intelligence and flexibility to your analysis.

This new widget:

• Lets you ask questions directly in your dashboard to get contextual AI-generated answers

• Helps surface key insights without switching between tools

• Adapts to your filters and selections, making responses more relevant

We’re continuously evolving the dashboard experience and your feedback remains essential to shape what comes next.

As we step into Q3, we’re laying the groundwork for smarter, faster, and more connected insights across Birdie. While details are still taking shape, here’s what to expect on the horizon:

• 🧠 Quality Monitoring & Performance Insights New ways to help teams monitor performance and quality more effectively, making it easier to identify what’s working and where to improve.

• 💬 Smarter Skye, in More Places Skye will become even more helpful, with a more intuitive experience and expanded availability directly in tools your team already uses, like Slack and Microsoft Teams.

• 🎯 More Intelligent Dashboards & Analysis Enhancements that bring more flexibility and clarity to key analysis workflows, including opportunity calibration and dashboard interactions.

• 🚀 Stronger Initiative Tracking & Integration Initiatives will evolve with more control over progress tracking and stronger connections to external tools, making it easier to turn insights into coordinated action.
