July 2025
Q3 is already underway, and here at Birdie we’re moving full speed ahead in preparing the next big changes. In the meantime, we're strengthening the foundations of the analysis experience with targeted improvements to dashboards, charts, and filters across the platform.
Check out what’s new in July:
Privacy Compliance – New Mandatory Terms Acceptance
As part of our commitment to data privacy and regulatory compliance, we’re introducing a new flow that requires users to review and accept our updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before continuing to use the Birdie platform.
This update applies to users based in Brazil, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
As of today, affected users will be automatically logged out and, upon their next login, prompted to review and accept the updated terms.
This update is essential to ensure transparency in how we handle data and to keep Birdie aligned with both national and international data protection regulations.

Dashboards Evolving – Table with Multiple Metrics
The Custom Dashboards feature, still in beta, now includes a new customizable table that lets you add multiple metrics in a single view. This makes your analysis more complete and adaptable to the varied needs of different teams.

This new table:
Allows you to configure columns with the metrics most relevant to your context
Is ideal for comparisons based on multiple indicators
Reflects all applied filters to ensure consistency in your analysis
We continue to improve the dashboard experience — and your feedback remains key to guiding that evolution.
New Chart Foundation – Unifying the Analysis Experience
Following recent updates to Custom Dashboards, it’s time to bring that same consistency to the charts across other areas of the platform.
We're rolling out a new chart system that follows the same visual and functional logic as the dashboards — ensuring a more coherent experience, while still respecting the nuances of each context.

What’s changing:
Chart visuals and behavior now more aligned with dashboards
More flexibility when interacting directly with data
A more robust foundation for future visual analysis improvements
This unification is a major step toward making the entire platform more intuitive, seamless, and interconnected.
Entity Filters – More Precision in the Exploration Page
It’s now easier to refine your analysis directly within the Exploration page. With the new entity filters, you can now apply collections, opportunities, and segments as filters — something previously only possible in dashboards.

This change brings key benefits for anyone seeking more precision and context in their analyses:
Apply the same criteria you already use in Dashboards
Combine different entities to explore specific patterns and trends
Save time by setting filters that truly reflect your use case
This is another step toward making data exploration more intuitive, contextual, and aligned with your team’s objectives.
What’s Coming Next
We’re preparing important updates for next month, all focused on further enhancing the in-platform experience and support:
New notification system: Easily stay on top of relevant updates and insights from the analyses you follow
Help center evolution: A more fluid and intelligent support experience, fully integrated into your context and ready to assist you more efficiently
Stay tuned — August will bring exciting improvements that will make working with Birdie even more seamless and powerful.
