## Dashboards Organized by Workspaces and Templates

With this update, dashboards now follow a new organizational and sharing logic, bringing more clarity and efficiency to your daily work.

### Organization by Environment

* Organization Dashboards: remain visible to all members who have access at the Organization level.
* Workspace Dashboards: are visible only within the Workspace where they were created.
* Clear separation: you will not see dashboards from other Workspaces when navigating a specific Workspace.

All dashboards created up to now will appear as Organization dashboards, ensuring nothing is lost in the transition.
{% endhint %}

### Dashboards as Templates

It is now possible to share dashboards between Workspaces as templates:\
What does this mean?

* An Organization admin can create dashboards, click “Share,” and choose which Workspaces the dashboard will be available in as a template.
* Within the Workspace, the dashboard will appear in view-only mode.
* Edits can only be made on the root/original dashboard created in the Organization.

This ensures consistency, as all Workspaces start from the same analysis structure, without the risk of local changes compromising alignment.

## New Initiatives List (V2)

We released the new version of the Initiatives list, bringing important improvements to make tracking easier:

* New table layout – more readable and modern.
* Metrics column – a quick view of each initiative’s impact.
* Enhanced filters – more precision to find exactly what you’re looking for.

This update is an important step in making initiatives management clearer, more flexible, and aligned with your team’s strategic objectives.

## What’s Coming Next

Just like on a long-distance flight, after gaining altitude with recent improvements, we continue adjusting the course to take you even further. Upcoming features will reinforce our mission to make analysis clearer, more collaborative, and more reliable.

* Refined Alerts – Improved ways to keep your team informed with the most relevant signals, at the right time, without having to search.
* More Powerful Charts – New visual possibilities that allow richer, comparative, and flexible exploration and insight discovery.
* Granular Permissions – Greater control and security over how data is accessed and used, ensuring everyone sees only what is truly necessary.

And that wraps up what’s ahead for now. We hope you’re as excited as we are about these next steps. Oh, wait! A little birdie just told me… something new is preparing for takeoff. A product made to lift VoC and Agents into the same flight path.<br>
